智能工牌专为高频次、多工种、复杂环境的现场作业场景设计（覆盖安防巡更、保洁养护、设备巡检、物业巡查、仓储管理等全场景），能够实时记录保安、保洁的移动轨迹及停留时长。管理人员可以直接通过云平台实时查看人员位置及运动状态，确保其按规定路线执行巡检、清洁等任务，方便管理人员对其进行考核和分析。

隐患问题记录
如发现扶梯异常、通道安全隐患、设备告警等，可通过系统即时上报，实现车站隐患事件的闭环跟踪与处理。
工单系统
站内扶梯异常、通道灯具故障、卫生问题、秩序风险等事件被上报后，可快速生成工单并派发给对应岗位，实现车站运营问题的闭环管理流程。
结果查阅
系统通过多端互通，将车站巡查、设备点检、卫生清洁与工单处理等数据全部上云。管理层可远程监督整体运营状态与站内服务质量。
